User Name, Password, Log in, etc

Can anyone tell me why the Username, Password, Log in, Help & Register boxes decided to move below my forum logo, rather than be positioned in the upper right hand corner of the logo? When they moved, it also created a large black void below my logo. I am sure it is an easy fix, but I can't seem to figure it out.
