Create a new style with no parent:
Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save
Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem? If need be, you may have to set this style as the default for that section.

Then disable all Products except the vBulletin Blog and vBulletin CMS (Admin CP -> Plugins & Products -> Manage Products -> Disable) AND uncheck all the plugins except those related to the vBulletin Blog and vBulletin CMS by (Admin CP -> Plugins & Products -> Plugin Manager). You must do BOTH of those steps in order to disable all non vBulletin Modifications. Now view the page with the default style and all the products/plugins off - can you edit it now?

So: I have removed and reinstalled the CMS.
Now if I log in as admin I do not see the editor while as global moderator.
The permissions are the same in the CMS!
And now?

Is there an easier way to do this? Maybe editig the config file? Because i dont want to disbale everything one by one and enable it again..
Thanks
P.s my permissions are set correctly. It worked in the past, one of my mods is probably the issue
