I've somehow managed to break my Smillies..

Everything appears as normal but when you go advanced and click on the smillies on the right hand side nothng happens and the smillie doesn't populate in the editor :(

Any ideas, please?

you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
