I don't know what you are asking about - perhaps a link or an image to show us what this "forum wrapper" does?

They have different styles. In the Forum Manger > edit forum > you may specify a style for that forum.

If I want to have different style for each forum, then I had to download different template and chose whatever style for different forum? Is it like that?

Now I still got other problem, when I view it as admin,I can view different style for different forum category. But when I view it as user, I still see no change at all. Do you have any idea how to fix this?

You need to enable the styles so users may see them (put a checkbox next to them in the Style Manager).

do you allow users to choose styles in AdminCP > Settings > Options > styles & languages > allow users to choose style?

Sorry, but I have no idea. I assume you are using a mod or modified template to put the ads there. Perhaps there is a setting you need to change.
