I'm wondering how much time other people are spending while upgrading their vBulletin software. And I'm talking about EVERY aspect of the upgrade, so downloading, preparing, testing, fixing, template edits, etc... everything!

So I hope a lot of people will answer the following questions:

How much time do you spend on upgrading?
How many (external) products/plugins do you have?
How many different styles are you using?
How many template edits do you have?
How many (vBulletin) code changes do you have?
How many threads/posts/members do you have?

Here are my answers:

Between 8 and 12 hours
30 products
2 styles (default + mobile)
34 changes in 22 templates
Multiple changes in 11 files
483,153 threads / 6,011,676 posts / 452,441 members

I'm in the 1-2hrs for the basic upgrade of vB, any other plugin updates needed, and the reapplication of style changes...
But by the time I then go though the site and make sure everything worked as it should, and there aren't any glitches, I'm into the 3-4hrs mark.

I think it was about 20 mins or so to go from 4.0.8 to 4.1.2. After that a total of about an hour or so to fix breakage. I make my own themes so I knew just where to go to fix things.
