SMS Payments?

Hi. I'm looking for a way to allow my users to purchase paid subscriptions using SMS from their mobile phones, preferably one that allows transfer to PayPal (Onebip stopped doing this :( and mobilebill doesn't exist anymore) and the withdrawal limits aren't enormous.
