Add a poll to an existing thread?

Trying to find a way to add a poll to an existing thread in vb 3.8. Does anyone know of a mod or a way to enable this?

It can be done with Thread Tools at the top of the thread display. You must have Forum Permissions set for each group in each forum to allow posting a poll and the time limit set in Message Posting and Editing Options in Settings > Options
