Mod to have a small Twitter icon in postbit

Can someone make a mod that:

1) Allows users to enter their Twitter profile

2) If and ONLY if a user adds the Twitter profile, then a link such as the below one would appear

Lemme know if you have any questions as the instructions were not very clear to me at first regarding the part where you have to go to [Boyd] in the options after you have the plugin installed, I didn't know what I had to enter in the field , it turned out to be that I had to enter the number of the profile field in there so it links properly

Leave 0 for the fields you don't wish to display
