Maximum / Minimum Posts in a topic.

Cant find this at all, so resulted to this.

How can I change the maximum and minimum amount of words in a post to actually post a reply. ATM its on 10, which is to much.

The option is "Minimum Characters Per Post" under "Message Posting and Editing Options"
