I am not sure if it's right section although...
But I am in really bad help of, how to upgrade vBulletin without touching anything such as templates, products, registred members, threads, posts and other stuff...
I will appreciate the answer on this, cause I removed everything 3 times on upgrade and its enough... Must be a way.

I'm not sure what you're asking. If you follow the instructions for installing an upgrade, it shouldn't remove anything. It's possible that add-on products or styles might need to be "manually" updated or removed, but you shouldn't be losing members, threads, or posts.

If you have many customization active they may very likely interfere and break your forum when you upgrade it to 4.0 or 4.1. There are specific instruction how to upgrade it in the right way.
But keep in mind that updating from vb3 to vb4 is a one way ticket and you might be not able to downgrade it after that. Also many of your mods and customization may stop work.

And remember to backup everything first just in case.

I don't think you should have any trouble going from 4.1.7 to 4.1.8, but everyone's site is a little different so no one can guarantee that you won't. Anyway, there's a "read me" file included with the download, just read it and follow the instructions for upgrading.

If you want to be extra safe, create a test site: (https://www.vbulletin.com/forum/content.php/225-Creating-A-Test-Site), upgrade the test site, and if everything works do the upgrade again on the real site.
