Access to Forums/Subforums by Postcount

I don't know if its possible, but could it be done that a Forum accessibility is set by a certain postcount amount ? That would help with some things I don't want to make extra usergroups for. Would complicate it too much.

If anyone knows how to accomplish that, I would appreciate if you could tell me.
