Getting an error message within Admincp

I only recently noticed an error message below Quick Admin Links within Admincp in the Control Panel Home. The site seems to be working fine and I haven't encountered any errors besides seeing this message. The only recent change I've done to the forum was installing "Glowhost Spam-o-matic" so I tried disabling the mod but the error message is still there. Anyone have an idea to what's causing this?
