Ok....I'm a total noob at this...

My main problem is getting SPAM on the site. I only have 3 main boards viewable for people that register, but I'm having to go in and delete about a dozen posts a day from SPAMMERS on those three boards. What can I do in my registration settings to stop this? I just checked the box that said send a verification email to people before they can post...but I assume that's not enough because I just got another..

What can I do in the Registration Settings or anywhere to stop the constant Spammers from getting through?

Any help would be greatly appreciated....I"m getting sick of the sex SPAMS on my site....

look at this link and put this on your board this is the best mod i have ever seen for spammers it has stopped over 7000 spammers and counting getting in the door at my site....

Download and extract the files. Upload to your forum root folder via ftp. Go to your admin cp panel and on the left, go to Plugins and Products, then manage products, then add/import new product.

down load the file and read the instructions you have to upload certain files to your server and then upload product in acp >>>plugins and product>manage products then import ...hope that helps
