i am running 4.1.7 and some of my admin are having a hard time accessing there pms

it literary takes 3 to 4 minutes to get into the inbox they have also created other user accounts and dont have this issue ....

do any of you know how to remedy this issue

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

i disabled everything and still have the issue on my 2 admin...

Then try them on a default style:
Create a new style with no parent:

Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save

Have them select that style to use, with the plugins still off, and see if they still have the same issue.

Thanks lynne i did as you suggested still the same i am racking my brain on this one and its only the 2 admin that have this issue no one else to my knowledge

Very weird. Have you looked at your error_logs (if you don't know where they are, ask your host) to see if there is something there? If you login as one of them, do you have the same issue?

May ask if we run aboard larg community if there have any mod can delete messages private messages all use forum like 1/ month seam help a lot for data thanks
