A few of my members are having trouble logging in....
So I change thier password for them- then they can log in for a wee while, until it happens again.
Its strange this one- as other members are having no problems.
Has any other forum owners had this problem.?

They were able to post this morning and now they can not get in....
I have no Idea where to start with this one.

I am getting the similar on my spot. People keep getting logged out. Told them to clear cache and cookies but they still have it and are having to log back in every 5 or so page views. Said to them to use a different browser. No difference. Still keep getting logged out.

Also use another Vbul forum and there is a thread on there saying people keep getting logged out.

Any ideas?

Help, please. This is really pissing people off.

Yeah! it's so frustrating and I have lost a few members because of this.
Doesn't happen to me- but happens to other members & it's still happening.
Plus I have no answers to give them- why this is happening.

Thats nothing to do with it.
As when I forget to do this- I can log in.
But these members can't.

And what is your session timeout? And have you tried disabling all your modifications to see if one of them was causing the issue?
