Adding Blog to my VB 3.8 from where?

I was wondering if I could still acquire the blog plug in for my vb 3.8.6 forum or am I out of luck?

I know it hangs off the forum/ so I wanted to use to create seo content since create custom cmps pages doesn't work as good since there's no pr associated with it.

The only way to get it is to purchase and old license that had a blog attached to it. You cannot purchase just a blog and the blog itself is not transferable between licenses
