Lines around areas of forum inconsistent

I'm having some strange issues with lines not looking the same width on some browsers. It's great in FireFox but not so good in others.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

To follow up, I don't see other vB forums with the same issues where the lines look thicker on one side with Safari and IE.
