Can mods access certain parts of Admin CP?

Hi guys :) Is there any way I can allow my moderators to access certain parts of the Admin CP, or to add certain parts of the Admin CP to the Mod CP?

I would like the moderators on my forum to access the 'Notice Manager' section so that they can add/edit notices. I've been looking around but as yet not found a solution. Can anyone help please? :)

That would be real nice for us too, but I've never found a way to do it. What's needed is an option somewhere.

Try suggesting a mod. I just tried searching Jira (http://tracker.vbulletin.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa)but can't find anything about it.
