Avatar & Name Issue

Guys i need some help here (sorry if i posted on the wrong section)

I ve recently installed a new skin to my forum and it messed a lil bit with 2 features u ll see on the following image:

I ve read all the FAQ of the skin and it changes all the forum except those 2 things...i ve checked all the forum as well and i think its a template problem but i ve tried everything there too (postbit, postbit legacy, stylevars)

Any ideas?

PD: OFC i ve already setted all up on usergroups

1) Is the skin the same version as the board
2) Did you pay someone to make you the skin

i payed for it and i got the FAQ but nothing works...i supose its a Template problem since when i change to default skin the problem gets fixed but i ld like to use the other one

PS: i updated the image...the one thats now its the one that shows the real problem
