Question with a theme

Im modifying the default theme of vbulletin but my friends cant see the changes only me whats the problem?

Maybe they need to clear their cache?

Clear the cache or refresh DNS.

Although it would be unusual for there to be a DNS problem if you didn't move servers, tell them to open a command prompt window (in windows, go to start and in the search field, type cmd). When the black command prompt box pops up, type this, then press enter.

Do you allow users to change styles? If they can't change their style, and if this isn't one of the style available to choose, then they won't see it.

And they should do a Force Refresh of their page after you make changes.
