Hello friends.
I would like to know how to put the thread qualifier on the top and here, in vbulletin.org:

https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/attachment.php?attachmentid=134109&stc=1&d=1319812590

Nor are the stars in my qualified forum threads:

Thank you

Moved to correct forum.

What is a thread qualifier? Both your images are the same and don't show at all what you want changed.

Thanks, sorry.

I wish the thread qualifier vbulletin.org appear as:

http://www.imagengratis.org/images/sinttulo1lg6hl.jpg

Because in my forum appear inconspicuous on the top bar (the forum is in Spanish):

Besides, I stars appear every time you rate a thread as in the other forums:

I would like to show the star rating in other forums:

Sorry for my english.
Thank you

What happens when you rate a thread on your site, the stars should show up automatically.

That is just the thread rating system. You turn it on for each forum in the Forum Manger > edit forum > Allow Thread Ratings in this Forum

Thanks, but there is the problem, I have activated, you may qualify as you have seen in the photo on my forum in the top right, but no stars appear in the issues.
I've also done:
Admin CP -> Import & Maintenance -> Update Counters -> Rebuild Forum Information

How could i make it appear as vbulletin.org vote?
thanks
