Put "http://apps.geo.tv/ticker/jm.asp" into google and you will get the code, like here (I can't read it, but the iframe code is there).

in which templete i can put this code...how can i add this code under tha navebar........please tell me soon......thanks

You want it under the navbar... so how about putting it at the end of the navbar template? Or, if it's only on the forumhome page, put it under the navbar code in the FORUMHOME template.
