I'd like to replace the status icon column and the post icon to the right of it with one column with the thread starter's avatar.

Here's an example of what I have now and what I want. Thanks for any suggestions.

Sometimes the "Similar Threads" comes through - it looks like this does almost what you want: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=269031 , you'd just have to change which column it's displayed in.
