Contact form embed by Thread starter

create a contact form and add(embed) it to the 1st post of the thread and only registered members can fill it.

The form details will be mailed to thread starter.

I could do this, it's quite a bit of work so won't be quick and i'll release it publicly as a mod here at vb.org :)

I need more details from you, what would the contact form consist of? would you want the user of the form to enter their own email address or do you want it from the database (will add a query)? what info would you want to capture on the userform? would you want to be able to designate which forums it's enabled in and for which usergroups?

---> Click Form button in Editor to embed it to the thread. Form can be added only be Thread starter. He may be asked to enter the Title, user answer, mandatory field selection.
You can relate the features of Google docs Form.

---> Only for specific forum section.

---> By default, it will send to thread starter. Optional: we can add up to 1/2/3 user email address.

---> Form should be visible only to Registered user

---> When a user tries to fill the form, his username and email address should be fetched from database and filled in the form.

I had tried to explain most of the feature that can be made.
