Hey all just wondering if there is a mod that I can use, that can stop 0 posters from downloading attachments please

You could create a new usergroup for registered users, and remove the permission from downloading the attachments from the default usergroup. Then, you need to create a usergroup promotion, to promote users that have 1 posts or more, to the new usergroup for registered users. Where they can download attachments... Long process, but it surely does work.
