Forum please but i have trouble with using the FTP part myself,
i wondered if any kind person may help a damsel in distress lol

Do you have any FTP client installed on your PC? It should be fairly easy for anyone to understand the process of uploading the files onto a server.

You should download that zip file, extract it. You'll find most likely a folder named "images", and in it a folder with the name of the style.

Then you should open the FTP client, connect with the cPanel/FTP details of your board, and upload the folder in the "images" folder, or wherever the author of the style said it goes.

After it's finished, you just import the XML file from your Admin Panel.

So where did you stuck? At the FTP client part or you don't know in which folder to upload the files?

lol both, i've never used FTP client until now, so it may as well be in a foreign language lol sorry

I could do it for you, it's pretty easy. But you'd have to provide cPanel/FTP details, which is why I tried to explain you the whole process. Better than giving the access to your website to a complete stranger.
