Hi:
This is out of my area to look at code and move the slide in-out arrow on forum block. What can I modify to move it on top of the forum block, instead of on the side? See attached for more info.

The reason for the move is I want to fit in next to the forum block another side block, smaller one for ads.
Your help is greatly appreciated.
