How can I make a forum only avalible to certain usergroups?

Be careful, once you set these, changing them afterwards can cause issues, for example - If you have a private Admin only forum, be careful not to open it at a later point in time otherwise normal members will be able to see your admin forum where pertinent discussions have taken place ;).
