Get error After change server

i need help my forum get error after chage hosting to vps server

i cannot login to admincp and getting error

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);
