I need help on using a higher than normal forum header graphic.

I am trying to find a way to move the forum blocks header text down. graphic i want to use for it is 32 px and when i use this add.css to make it taller it moves the text up as it appears to be set to pad off of the top of the forum header..

I am also trying to add a graphic to the bottom of each forum block on the forum home page..

Lynn, do you have any idea how to move the text around in the headers or to tell it to pad off of the bottom instead of the top?
