How can I get my header to fit the forum

I just cant seem to ge the header to fit the width of the forum. How can I make this fit?

Thanks for the reply, its too small. The link is in my signature. I resized it 10 times but it doesnit change. I need to adjust something in vb but I don't know what.

I just looked in IE9 and and firefox. It appears to fit just fine. Are you talking about the text?
