When replying advanced, theres no bb shortcuts to, for example, post a video. How can i bring all of the back?
So that the user can just click on the icon and the tags show up.

They should be there. Is this a new problem? Have you recently upgraded your forum?

i installed some new mods. Thats it.

I've heard if you go to your Style & language settings in Admin CP -> Settings -> Options

and make sure your mobile style options are set to "None" and the correct default style is chosen, the menus come back.

Haven't had the issue myself though.
