There's actually a Requests For Paid Services (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=30) forum. Don't expect a forum admin to come cheap.

Thanks guys. Really don't need a content admin as much as I need someone to do some occasional updates. I have already put together a forum and with time I could learn to do it all myself however that takes time away from me being able to plan for events/shows to promote the site. Most of the work I need is small stuff that an experienced programmer could probably punch out within an hour. Anyways, thanks for the reference!
