How can I accomplish this on my site.

I want it to randomly pick one picture from say 8 randomly different galleries.
And place it like in my picture.

Its now manually inserted. Not as fun :)

We have random images at the top, but they're from all pictures, not 8 selected albums. I think it's from the mod New Latest Album Pictures - Forum Home (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=228618).
