Seems the images in the sidebar are higher than the sidebar boarder... weird. Have a look

Have you checked your code to see if you need to tweak it for that block?

No I havent, Im an amatuer at checking and messing with code. It does the same thing to all of the blocks. I was hoping there was a quick fix, it was fine before making changes to the theme.

Most likely it is a CSS issue which is impossible to troubleshoot from an image. You would need to post a url for us to see it.
