widget with image preview (blog recent posts)

I need to create a widget as "recent blog posts" but with a preview of image contained in the article.
How do i create it? :confused:

i try to search the same mod... but when i use "recent cms content" it display user's avatar not image's article :( any idea? how to modify it?
