/forum goes white but /forum/index.php works.

For some reason, if i go to my domain like

http://mydomain.com/forum

the screen just goes white, in all browsers & all my members say the same thing.

but if I go to,

http://mydomain.com/forum/index.php

it works just fine. I have to redirect from my cPanel mydomain.com to mydomain.com/forum/index.php

can anyone tell me why it is white screening?

i think you will have a index.html in there remove it and it should be ok..

Yes, this or your httpd.conf file is not set to have index.php/html/asp/etc be the home page.
