i want to ask abut google adsense Revenue Sharing

how can i start google adsense Revenue Sharing with member ?

from where i can start ?

do i need to tell google : i'll start Revenue Sharing with member and wait google's accept ?!

please just tell me everything about this ( and if this need hacks ) please pot it ^_^
