How do i add space over and below text in forumdisplay?

I would like to add some extra room over and below the text in forumdisplay. Everything looks so tight when looking at it now. I think you get it when you see the picture added. Where do i do those settings?

I realise this might be a very easy task, but I cant figure it out. Please help me out with this one.

Ohhh, Just changed this post because this was solved, and the link inserted was a place where i would need to get rid of space. Maybe you could give me a hint about that?
