Capatcha not showing in CONTACT US page

I have a issue where the CAPTACHA is not showing in the contact us page. If I have it enabled no one can contact me because string always shows as invalid.

So I have to disable captacha but lots of spam.

I have a custom theme, what line should I add to theme to enable captacha on contact us page?

Did you actually check to see if it works if you use a default style? Do the other types of human verification work with your custom style?

Works in default, other types of human verification work just fine in my custom theme.

Its just under contact page where the captacha is not showing
