Is there a way to ban images from certain sites?

My users have a lot of tickers in their signatures and there is one site that once in a while turns their tickers HUGE as a massive advert, it's REALLY annoying.

Is there a way I can block the tickers from being used in the first place?

You could add the domain name to your Replacement Variable Manager:

Search for Text - www.site.com
Replace with Text - www.nothing.com

Or similar.
