SEO URL's - Thread Title As URL - Mod?

I've been looking around for a mod (for vb 3.7.2) that does the following:

First off it shortens the URL for each forum listing.


So instead of:
http://blahblah.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=21

It would be:
http://blahblah.com/f87/


And lastly it would show SEO URL's when viewing threads, basically pulling the thread title and making it the URL


So instead of:
http://blahblah.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6156417

It would show:
http://blahblah.com/f87/pics-rihanna-we-found-love-video-shoot-set-6156417/



I just need something that take's the thread title and make's it the URL, I am running vbulletin 3.7.2 , if anyone can please point in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated!

These extensions can give to vBSeo.

Admincp->vBSeo Control Panel -> URL Rewrite Options -> Forum URL -> 002 select the option to save.

Can somebody give me the code to use this with VBA or tell me that it doesn't work.
