How to prevent admins change other admins password, email etc ?

I have tried to find a solution but not succeeded yet.
Is there a way to restrict admins authorities like to change user or other admins password, emails etc.

In database make unalterable users.

In the config.php file there is a line where you can set the userids of any users you don't want to be alterable. This will prevent anyone from changing anything in their settings via "Users" in the Admin CP.
