"Notices Criteria - Mobile Device Detected"

This adds a new Notices Criteria called "Mobile Device Detected" so you can display custom notices to detected mobile device users.

however I tried importing the xml and received an error. It was an indentation in the very first line. Then got another it was the url tag not wrapped in [CDATA[ ]] code. And so on, then an error on line 18 that i have no idea how to fix. I'm supposed to import this as a product threw the admincp right?

Not sure how an extra closing square brace got in there - uploaded a new version with it removed - try again with the product-noticesismobile_1.0a.xml

Where does the notice display, cant see it when testing :confused:

This uses vBulletin's built in "Notices" system which disaplys below the navigation section, it's governed by vBulletin - have you created a new notice and checked teh Mobile Device criteria?

How do I make the notice dismissible? I ticked off the dismissible box in Notices Manager but can't see how a user can make it go away.
