Want to buy vb 3.8.xx

Hi there
I have decided to go for vb but one thing in which we are facing some problem and that is that its just giving version 4 while we are planing to go with version 3.8.7
so any one can guide that whats the procedure to buy 3.8.7 version for a forum
and 2ndly i have 2 forum boards and can i use 1 licence on 2 boards as well
3rd is one critical one.. currently i am using phpbb and have many threads and daily users which i don't want to waste ..so can i import the entire database of phpbb to vb..please guide .

1. You can't buy vBulletin 3.x.x anymore. But, buying vBulletin 4 will still let you download any version of vBulletin you want to use.

2. No, 1 license per board only per the license agreement, so you would have to purchase 2 licenses.
You must disclose the domain where you are using (or plan to use) the License, which may be disclosed in the vBulletin registered members area. You may set up one additional temporary test forum for the purpose of testing code, template and database modifications. Such a test forum must be password protected, and not made available to the general public at any time.

3. When you purchase vBulletin, you will have access to a tool that can import your information from phpbb to vBulletin (Impex)

He means if you buy a license for VB 4 you are able to downlad and run any version you want, including 3.8.
