Forum Width - Not to exceed 1000px?

I had this working for vbulletin 3.x but now with 4.x the way you alter the body of forums has changed and I can't find it?

Basically I just want the site/forums to be centered and not get stretched out further than 1000 px.

Here is an example of this site working great:
