How to change where the navbit/breadcrumbs appear?

I want to move things around slightly.

At the moment it is laid out like this:

[quicklinks]
[breadcrumbs]
[rotating banner ad]
[post new thread button]
[thread title]

And I want to change it to something like this

[navtabs]
[quicklinks]
[rotating banner ad]
[breadcrumbs]
[thread title]
[post new thread button]

Where can I find how its all currently laid out?
