not allowing a single forum to collapse

Hello all. I have researched this and can not find an answer. I have found how to disable collapsing on all forums, but not on a single forum. I am wanting my Sponsor/Vendor section to not allow collapsing. Is this possible?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I personally don't understand why you'd want to take away the ability to not show a users personal forum choices.

You can edit the templates and remove the collapse links.

I just want to be able to do that for my forum vendors. I do not really care if they collapse the others.
