What version of vb are you running? Try to contact your host and ask them to check the access logs and see what exactly happened? Also do a thorough checkup of your server space for any malicious file/s there.

yes boss because i saw all types of hacking but its new for me yes last time my forum host on iweb dedicated server we move on local server i think this is server prob hacker was trying some week.. ok i will talk to my SERVER owner bro thxa alot if any information please help me

No one can tell you how the hacker got in if you don't give any additional info. My suggestion would be to contact your host.
