well, hello everyone.
I'm going to buy Forum license but there is still one problem. I'm going to use it on Georgian language, but as I see you don't have such language pack. should I ask it you to translate, or it's the thing I have to do? if so, is there any basic tool (php, or any script) for translation?

You would have to search on vBulletin.com (https://www.vbulletin.com/forum/forumdisplay.php/87-vBulletin-Languages-amp-Phrases) for the language, that is not something we deal with here on vBulletin.org.
If there is no language available you will have to translate yourself.
vBulletin does have a built-in language editor giving an easy interface for making a custom translation.
